So I'm thinking of going very Cheap as my PC now is 9 years old.

I'm thinking of buying the Dell Inspiron 3650.

I'm going to be doing webdevelopment and lite gaming on it.

Specs:
i7 Quad-Core 3.4Ghz Skylake
Amd R9 360 GFX Card
16gb DDr3 Ram
Dell Motherboard Single PCI No SLI Bridge
2 TB Hardrive

I'd like to know anyones opinion on this.

Programs to be Run:

Minecraft
Visual Studio
Unity
Unreal Engine
