Here is what I need the plugin to work like.. basically user titles but I want to set default backgrounds like for example this.. http://i.imgur.com/eqQ8OiT.gif
And maybe add more to let VIP or upgraded members to use from and want allow them to color their own user title.
If someone can make a such plugin like thislet me know the price please.
