I meant the ones only available for a limited time, the ones you have bought then after they are no longer available you can sell them.

Not creating our own awards.

thats what i meant. I dont like that idea. When these awards are there for selling or buying. Whats need of users to sell them ?

No, I meant when they go off sale.

They could be used for award hogs who couldn't get the awards.

hmmm. No one would sell their awards until they are in need of credits.
