Should going to jail don't have criminal record?

RE: Should going to jail don't have criminal record? 03-10-2017, 05:51 PM #12 If you go to jail for a small or dumb crime then you shouldn't get a record unless your a repeat offender. But if you do something major like murder or robbing someone or a building, then that should stay on your record.
