Any territory based games out there?

Yhere was this oerfect game that i ised to play on android called parallel kingdoms mmo. Well to me that was my perfect game. Im very picky with my games and really dont play much. Anyways im looking for a game with these elements:

-Sandbox (be able to build.my own base and or kingdom)
-Territory based (able to claim and steal territory
-marketplace (i like having a good market in a game)

Basically the game i played wasnt just revolving around pvp. You could do whatever u wanted. You could build your own kingdim and wage wars or u could just be a merchant or you could just be a hunter. I like the aspect how i can choose to be a peaceful player or a war player. And there were these unique items called swag that stood out from the rest were most rare and expensive. Just shoot me some ideas for some games i can check out! Thanks
