Advice Needed Low-risk file host to store (less-than-legal) content for the leaks section

Title, I'm gonna start uploading and sharing stuff again and I'd like a low-risk (takedowns, etc) stable (decent uptimes and speeds, files aren't taken down from inactivity, the host will remain active for the foreseeable future). Links will be hidden by a link hiding service (does not shorten URL, just have to enter a password to view links), the files themselves also protected by a password.

Any help appreciated.

No, I will not use the following if I can avoid it:

• MEGA (takedowns are easy now)
  
• Zippyshare (inactivity will kill files)
  
• Mediafire (takedowns)
  
• Ge.tt (takedowns)
  
• Uploaded/Rapidgator, etc (I'm not trying to make money from PPD or PPC)
  
• Google Drive (extremely high risk)
  
• Amazon Cloud Drive (extremely high risk)
  
• Dropbox/Box (takedowns are easy)
  
• Pomf.cat (most pomfs don't appreciate this kind of content)
