You are a fool if you think the password managers built into browsers are comparable to dedicated password managers. Dedicated password managers have many more features.

does it really matter if i do or don't the eula alone is enough to suggest that content could be used as they see fit.
lets say just you're right, they will never do anything you wouldn't want them to do.
what about all the times each of these services have been hacked?
let alone the times they haven't reported the hacks publicly or simply times they weren't aware.
