the steamdb sale value is only what you've spent on games, but not actually the amount you can sell it for.

Also, level doesn't really matter considering you can get to level 100 for like $40

So you should honestly consider lowering your price if you want it sold buddy.

Playerauctions supports lot of scammers, so the prices aren't real at all.
G2G has expensive prices, considering all the accounts selling there, my would cost around 300.
