Best Online (Permanent) Booter?

What is the best lifetime booter/stresser mainly to take down home connections and bad protected gmod servers? I use bootyou.net and even though I thought it was a scam at first, I was helped pretty good! the booter itself is not very good though. Well, its not the best and the panel looks shit. I have a very good experience with Webstesser but its expensive as fuck xD
