So in the end it just comes down to: We can't filter out LQ posts upon certain criteria (unless you have a Staff member solely for that purpose)
This is a very understandable and reasonable approach. I also don't see a need to, and I actually hope that showing banned users' posts would help set an example of what not to do on the forums.
