To be honest it depends on both, your gameplay and the maps.
For exemple maps like Inferno, Nuke, Mirage I would recommend using the traditionnal M4A4, but for maps
like Overpass, Aztec, Dust, the m4a1-s is a good choice coz its more accurate and there is bigger spaces
