Relax, breath in slowly, breath out slowly. Repeat until you are calm. THis is best when panicking. Now when you stopped panicing, get a piece of paper and draw out a plan. How much time you will allocate to what (assuming youare studying/working). DO not sleep less, sleep is essential for your well being. Youy need ATLEAST 6 hours.
