Buying bitcoin with minimal verification.

I am currently doing some research on finding the best service when it comes to purchasing bitcoins whilst maintain my privacy.
At the moment I am using BitPanda through silver verification level because to for gold verification I have to send ID document which I don't want to share over the web. Now with silver verification you can only buy like 50 $ worth of bitcoin.

Am i the only one who sees that sending ID documents online is madness. Why is it so hard to find reputable bit coin exchanges, sellers etc that do not require this level of verification.

I would appreciate any knowledge you guys have on the subject and within this thread I am gonna do a couple of posts on what there is available at the moment with the pros and cons that come from each.
