04. When advertising, do it in the proper section; advertising in your avatar, signature, usertitle, username & private message(s) are not allowed! Same goes for any attachment uploaded to NulledBB.

Well I mean if it is against the rules then why don't you just close the thread? I closed it at one point by mistake so I messaged both staff members (Blazy & Pulseeey) so they could open it and both of them viewed the thread and neither told me it was against the rules so it seems to me as if your staff team aren't familiar with them.
