Not entirely, they're not even adding a new raid with it,only half of one. What they should add is a big open area with world bosses that drop a guaranteed legendary. If they can make new bosses like that constantly people will flock to it a lot more and provides a good amount ofend game. They can also add new multiplayer modes not just ranked play.
