Runescape Private servers make INSANE revenue, it's not hard to get a very Up-To-Date RS Client Source, hell, I know guys running the same source as the latest RS update, just to test shit out.

If you have a little know how, you literally just change a few things (skill training, pvp, etc.) and you have lots of money rolling in. The thing is, there's a good chance if you're not careful or have the balls to do it, you're going to get a nice little DMCA cease and desist letter.
