is net neutrality happening?

It's not going to happen, this has been fought for many years, almost there to ruin Net Neutrality but never exceeds. This, "rich guy" isn't trying our shoes (poor people or mid-range of wealth). If he ends Net Neutrality, it's going to be a less profitable place then it already is. If you see already, there is so many things to do around the internet to make it profitable. You have sites like these, short url links that give you money. The guy is just retarded and money is shoved up his arsehole and he isn't thinking.
