Pointshop 2 ($30 Involed)

I'm literally getting fed up with the problems with this printshop 2, I can't move on with my server until it's finished, Whoever can help me resolve this issue, I'm willing to pay $30 for this fix, it's slowing me down, here's some information about the problems I'm having.

I have not hooked my server to a database.
I'm running it through srcds.exe

I'm unable to equip purchases from the store.
Sometimes unable to purchase stuff from the store.
I'm unable to un-equip purchases from the store.
Errors when selling items.
Some DLC is causing script errors, with the current version being 2.19.1
