Serious In Depth Explanation Concerning Net Neutraity

Don't think it should be a thing, from the standpoint most people can't afford internet and cable as it is. let alone have to pay for all these extra day to day things we must so need in our lives for non boredom or extra activities
Most people won't go through with this, and hopefully they won't do something this stupid to others. its honestly a waste of money and i dont see that many people supporting this if it happens!
