How to get league unblocked?

Hey! My school AND work both block league. The computers have built in systems, or atleast that's my theory, how could i download league? I can't install anything because I don't have administrator, and any website that allows downloads is blocked. I thought maybe I could download league onto a usb and try that, but I'm not sure if I'd still have to install it? Help!
