SQL Error trying to install New Points Shop 1.7

Hello

I'm trying to install the Shop 1.7 on New Points 1.9.8 but I got this error:

Code:
MyBB SQL Error
 MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
 
 SQL Error:
 1067 - Valeur par dfaut invalide pour 'items_rate'
 Query:
 ALTER TABLE `mybb_newpoints_grouprules` ADD `items_rate` DECIMAL(3,3) NOT NULL default '1';
 Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

I'm using the last version of MyBB 1.6.
