Serious Net Neutrality is gone, what's next?

Why would other countries keep their Net Neutrality (meaning not prioritizing their customers internet traffic) when United States traffic does not. It is going to be a simple case of playground logic "It is not fair, Timmy did it first." I just hope and pray it does not make it through the court system. I am ashamed of my state senators who took money and voted yes.. Some of them made off like bandits though.
