I just opened a new forum, and I am really new to this kind a thing,

1)Language, Can I translate some of the buttons for example Members tab on the top
2)Can I change or delete the links below the page, how can i set links to my pages ?

ok, for the 1rst yes you can, edit the header template for that
2nd you can change the links or remove it
to change links to your own just replace the link and text for the link (Footer template)

3rd change it on header templates almost on bottom template
