What distinguishes Overwatch from Tf2

I prefer TF2 the characters compliment themselves alot more, there are also a hell of alot of nerfing to the Overwatch characters, I havent heard as many complaints of people asking TF2 characters to be nerfed, atleast less than Overwatch
