The general idea is to get good at one thing and do it.

You don't want to be at the front end of something that is commonly abused. Making game servers is generally on that list unless you offer something extremely unique.

I would recommend gambling or investments for quick money, or open up a shop/server hosting company for a longer term money maker.

It's possible to strike gold with video games, but you have to have the mindset to do it.
