Opinions on Alcohol?

I like the taste of some wines, but I only ever sip it for the taste, not anything else. (Hence you won't get drunk unless you have zero tolerance to the stuff). So my stance on alcohol is that I generally don't understand why people drink to the point they get drunk. Sure if they like the taste, but most people don't drink it for the taste. Plus if you just want something tasty to drink, why now just take some soda or juice (or tea, tea is always good).
