Yeah, I've got:
lucky patcher, titanium backup, root app uninstaller (for them stupid HTC apps)

Most likely get Xposed Module thing, gonna be looking around for more apps.

I recommend SetCPU, It costs, but I think you can get an APK version of it. Basically, it allows you to overclock (drastically increase performance at the loss of battery life) or underclock (vice-versa). Really nice and quite good for some phones that lack a bit of CPU power.
