Well, when I had a 60Hz monitor, 300 fps feelsa lot smoother than 100 fps. It's because of the frametimes, but I got a 144Hz monitor for Christmas and wow, does it work wonders.
I currently bounce between 220-350, Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1060 6GB
