Make money at 16 yo

Depends on what you really want to do a work from home or actually going out.
I would recommend going to a local retail store or a restaurant, work at the retail store or maybe work as a waiter, those are easy and good paying jobs (McDonalds pays really damn good but the work is shit.)
Work from home, there's plenty of pages, you can open a Fiverr account and offer a service, like writing articles, drawing, making funny sketches for people, etc. or eWhoring (which I dont personally recommend because is unethical and tiring [but i still do it lmao])
