Best Monitor?

There is not a best monitor you need to look at some aspects like: Price, Resolution, Refresh Rate, Response time. But if you go for a higher refresh rate (so not 60 Hz) and a good response time (around 1 ms) then you should be fine. For the rest it's your personal choice.
