[US] Is Net Neutrality truly doomed? 2 days ago, the FCC "voted" to repeal Title 2...

At least in the US, the legislative is more friendlier towards antipiracy, take the DMCA for example. Net neutrality will always be there with decentralized networks such as Tor, but I think it is important to retain it for an average Joe as well. I dont see any treats to it in the immediate next 5 years future.
