Purchasable Credits + Upgrade for Credits feature

While I do agree that NBB should get an increase in activity, I don't really see why we would need an usergroup for that? What do the users even get?
Buying stuff for credits just feels cheap, it's not hard to gain max ~$29 to gain the upgrades, mow the lawn, get allowance if you're young.

Just buying stuff for credits would also decrease the activity even more.
