Serious Is water wet

By this logic, something that makes you feel wet as a result of coming into contact with it can be regarded as wet itself. But if water is not defined to be considered wet, this pokes a hole in this argument. I think like Ballerushi put together, it's a complex question that might not have a clear answer, if any at all. It's more a question of semantics than anything else.
