Yeah since it's an updating story I'm sure they'll come out with the punishment soon.

It's probably gonna be like 5 months of community service and a $50k bond or something stupid, for stealing millions of worth btc.

The only thing could be "hacking" them to get the BTC i dont see them thinking of the BTC as real money.
