Retail Dark Tesla Theme [Responsive]

I doubt this is a retail copy.

- Skin is named tesla2 not tesla.
- Font awesome css link is missing from it.
- Forum table itself is not responsive, only the wrapper.
- It's also advertising a rival forum lol.
