how to get people to join a server

No basically everyone has that in beginning and even concurrent throughout their time with making the server into somethnig.

People on my darkrp always ask for cash or admin, etc.. one even asked if i need dev help (when i literally first began, i declined and never saw again).

Just ignore the players who come and beg, they won't stay regardless if the server doesn't grow fast enough for their interests.

/tldr; pretty normal, just ignore and keep working on whatever you're doing.
