Mod request

Ive been searching as well, but i decided just to buy it, but when i started to use it its actually not that good because once you load in-game your FPS is just instantly gone, and your stuck here loading everything. Also it does decrease over all performance, because when i was playing i had around 120 to 160 FPS, but when i loaded the ley workshop dl, i was now getting around 30 to 50 FPS.
