If you make a thread titled; "What's the purpose of life?", all you will get is people posting one-line answers to increase their post count. The only way to help against this would be to have a moderator monitor it personally or disable post count in the section. One of those will take a lot of time and the other will kill the section by itself in the long run.

NBB does not have the correct userbase to even consider a section like this.
