[Finding Teammates] Counter-Strike : Global Offensive

I'm currently playing Counter-Strike : Global Offensive right now with 1.5k hours total as in rank Gold Nova Master.
I'm trying to find a friend to play with me, I'm a pretty chill guy. I don't get triggered much. I won't be salty because I really don't care if I lose, I play for fun. Does anyone want to play with me? I don't like solo queueing that much so I'm trying to find a team that's able to carry ourselves to achieve higher ranks.
