Denied Lower The 50 Character Limit

I hope this wasn't suggested before. (I did do a search and nothing came up)

I'm suggesting that we lower the character limit to something like 20 characters, as 50 seems too extreme. I've had instances where I feel like I have to type a lot more than what is needed, just so I can post what could be said in less characters.
Maybe it's onlylowered to 20 characterswhen you either hit 200 posts, or are upgraded.
