Average kills per game and what rank are you

ok im a LE rn just deranked from LEM i cheated upto global on my smurf which was fun and average around 25 kills a game so i feel like i should be alot higher than where i am ive versed many globals etc but whenever i come across them there always the same people that hack but never get banned i meet up with these people sometimes that have insane inventorys like 2k inventorys that hack and i just am so scared for them i just dont know how they bypass the system its crazy but anyway leave your answers here
