Hey yes, the best thing would be if you can buy a card of $10, claim that and then fully scratch the code and just photoshop the serial and the amount. Photoshopping things like this isn't an easy task and took me a while to do it personally. If you can get a card all you have to ask to the resellers is just the serial number leaving out the whole picture thing!

There are other places you can try, one thing i haven't tested is going to shops and taking their serial numbers and seeing if they work. I assume the Reps can see if a serial number is active or not but it might not be the case, it might be that the rep can only see if the card has beenused or not. Who knows, there's plenty of testing to be done.
