All forms of DBZ are only watchable for the nostalgia, Familiar of Zero was alright, accel world was under-average as well as the rest of them. I would recommend Kaichou maid-sama to a select few, however the plot of it is pretty average in terms of tsundere and I'd recommend Toradora over it.
