That's a good SSHD, but you are also looking to get a Streaming/Recording computer than a Actual Gaming PC, now the thing is, Streaming/Recording actually uses a lot of resources if you want that in good quality, and a lot of money as well for the good high-end equipment and such, it all just depends, if you want it solely for Streaming/Recording and/or Gaming, Streaming AND Recording, all have different price ranges, Streaming being the most expensive.

Get rid of the windows 10, Windows 10 isn't good for Streaming/Recording, if you watch many streamers and ask them, they will tell you, software always messes up, shit doesnt work properly.
And yeah that's good but for Streaming/Recording, it's expensive but I would recommend DDR5 32GB RAM.
Isn't ddr5 server ram? Ddr3 is usually fine imo
