What do you think about the remake of Shadow of the Colossus?

Loved the first one however i wish they focused money into new games rather than remaking old ones, why capitalize on an old franchise when they could make a new one? It's annoying sometimes having to play the same shit over and over.
I understand moving the franchise forwards but doing remakes is annoying.
