What is this?
This is a report / ticket system I have been working on which should eliminate the annoying people in chat spamming "rdm", "admin to me", unnecessary long admin sits, missing information, etc. The script has been created with players in mind, so creating a report doesn't take more than seconds, to not interfere with the RP or other stuff.
How does it work?
Well, there isn't much to explain because the whole addon is self explanatory.
Players having issues with the server, addons or staff can create a ticket and explain themselves or if the issue is with players then you can create a report instead. Simply select the options you see fit and click "Submit Report/Ticket", that's it!
Players can open the menu by either typing !/report or pressing F9.
Admins can open the admin menu by either typing !/adminreport or pressing F11
Features
- A very modern, sexy UI.
- Mini logger.
- Notification System.
- Ticket System integrated into the addon.
- Supports all gamemodes.
- Ability to view how many admins are online.
- Settings tab, if animations are getting annoying, etc.
- Very user friendly.
- Sorting system.
- Using SQLite.
- Currently only supports ULX; Need another admin mod supported? Just ask!
- Able to see patch notes for the script, no need to be on gmodstore.
- Able to see whether the script needs to be updated in-game.
And a whole lot more I forgot!
Is this configurable?
Yes, of course. There are a few things you can configure but it should work straight out of the "box" without much need for customization.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to either PM me on Scriptfodder or ask in the discussion tab.
