[Spotify Adblocker] kkMint Spotify Blocker by MurmurNBB

I was bored asf and thought I might as well make this. It's only 158 lines and took me 20ish minutes to make. What this does is modify your hosts file with entries to block Spotify ads but before adding each one it checks if is already there to prevent any dupes and add all entries. This works for the desktop and online version. Make sure to run as admin or else it won't work. Enjoy!
