So I'll recommend you to try to clean your pc a little bit by some antiviruses and by searching through your programs, temp folders, programs running that isn't looking legit :D like processes with Chinese chars etc. you can find more on google, there is a lot of things that you can try

As prime upgraded you won't see any ad on this site, so it's 100% that you had installed something malicious.
