eShrug because he is a nice guy and was the first to welcome me when I joined! He has a nice personality and is very friendly especially to newcomers like me which not only gives us newcomers an ego boost it adds a welcoming feeling to the server and helps it grow more! Because after-all an unwelcoming community is one that doesn't grow!
