How tf can I get better aim in csgo

I am really interested in LUA and creating content with it. I also saw that you are interested in improving in Counter-Strike. I really don't mind helping you improving, I am actually trying to help my friends improve in aim, teamwork, and strategies. If you could help me learn and get used to LUA I would really appreciate it. And if you want to improve in Counter-Strike, just let me know I don't mind.
